All-in Price
An all-in price means peace of mind and real value. We include absolutely everything that you require in your Garden Room from foundations, installation, delivery, decoration and connection of the electrics and plumbing if applicable. We believe in being totally honest and upfront with our costs. So we guarantee that the price you're quoted is the price you pay, with no nasty shocks or sneaky extras. Everything will be explained clearly, and if you're not quite sure about something - please just ask us to explain. Should anything be excluded it will be outlined clearly within your detailed specification.
Our payment terms are as follows:
- *£500 booking deposit for online purchases
- 25% deposit, secured by our deposit protection insurance policy
- 35% upon delivery of the panels to site
- 35% upon erection of the main structure
- 5% upon completion
Booking deposits for online purchases are accepted by Credit/Debit card and are collected through Google Checkout. See our guide on Google Checkout How it Works.
