Designs and Technical Drawing

During or following the initial home consultation, we will normally produce a series of hand sketches and a quotation for your proposals. Once your order is confirmed and your deposit is received we will produce a CAD (Computer Aided Design) drawing. This will outline all the details, specifications and items chosen. You will be provided with a copy of this design. We ask our customers to check and sign it off so that you can be sure that you are satisfied before your garden room goes into manufacture. We find that this service is particularly appreciated by customers who have chosen a bespoke design
