Measured Survey
Our experience over the last eleven years and over a thousand installations reveals that every site is unique, that is why, once you have ordered your Garden Room, our company architect will visit your site and carry out a detailed measured site survey. This information is then used to produce CAD drawings of the existing garden and the proposed location for your Garden Room.
The drawings will indicate the relationship between elements on your site and your proposed Garden Room as well as scale and proportion. They will also outline the route for services such as electrics and plumbing if applicable.
Clients who are planning further landscaping works once our building is installed find this very useful as they can use the drawings we produce to plan a garden design. We have established working relationships with many of the UK's top garden designers and landscaping contractors and can work alongside them to provide a complete garden makeover.
