Planning and Building Control

Although the majority of our buildings do not require planning permission and are constructed under permitted development, there are occasions when planning is required. Examples of this may include buildings in conservation areas or listed properties. In cases like this, we offer a full planning service. This includes drawings, planning applications and dealing with the local authority. Additionally, we can provide this service if your building is to be subject to building control regulations. In this instance, we will liase with the local authority to generate and submit the technical data required and the subsequent building control inspections through the course of the project. Our surveyor will advise during a home consultation.
