Project Management

We believe that our project management is one of the best things about dealing with us! Each project has a dedicated Project Manager giving you a single point of contact. The Project Manager is responsible for the entire project from start to finish. Following consultation with you, he or she will produce a schedule of works, which you will receive a copy of. It outlines exactly what and when things are going to happen. The Project Manager also co-ordinates the crew and manages all deliveries. In the unlikely event that any changes are needed you will be kept fully informed. Once installation is complete, the job is signed off jointly by you and the project manager who will hand over the keys to your new garden room.
