Like the walls, the roof is multi-layered giving it superior insulation values and weathering properties.

Engineered glulaminated structural beams are integrated into the roof structure to carry the loads bearing on the roof. The ceiling is dry lined with moisture resistant foil backed plasterboard, which is skim coated to provide a smooth seamless finish ready for decoration. The final roof material depends on the style of building chosen.

Apexed pitched roofs (Studio, Urbano, Apartamento) are fitted with a profiled tile sheet. Mono pitch roofs (Solo, Moderno, Cuberno) are fitted with a Sarnafil woven polyester reinforced PVC waterproof membrane, which is fully adhered to a plywood deck.
