Having placed your order you can relax knowing that your payment is protected by our deposit protection insurance, underwritten by Lloyds of London. However our customer care lasts long after your project is completed. All manufacturers' warranties from the components comprising your finished garden room are passed on to our customers. There is also a ten year structural guarantee on your new garden building, which is also underwritten by Lloyds of London. In the unlikely event that any minor adjustments are required we offer a free call out service for a period of one year following installation.
